Well, Austin GDC has come to a close, and I have to say, it was extremely successful for PayByCash. We had a lot of people stop by because they had heard about our success with Ultimate Game Card, and wanted to jump on board. So while we had their attention, we hit them with how we are going to shake up the online game industry again with PaxGuard!

It was a real eye-opener for game merchants to see the promise of a powerful fraud prevention platform that taps into a database of fraud perpetrator history, tags a credit card or PayPal transaction as risky, and then offers a non-refundable way to pay. Never turn away a sale…very cool stuff.

The show itself seems to have grown since last year. I was unable to attend the actual seminars as I was pretty much tied to the booth traffic, but the comments I heard seemed to indicate that the show was “too busy”, because there was not enough down time to have meetings, explore the expo center in depth, etc. I think this is a natural result of show growth. I am hoping they will add a day next year. We will definitely be back. We already secured an even larger booth (next year we’re going high-tech with sofas…so stop by and take a load off!), and, of course, we look forward to showcasing the triumphs of PaxGuard. No doubt we will have folks stopping by who will have heard about our huge success. Again! That never gets old.
